Management Team
Richard Wrobel - Founder
Richard (Rick) Wrobel started Forensic Drug & Alcohol Testing, LLC after nearly 20 year managing the Workplace Drug Testing division of BAE Systems. While serving in the U.S. Navy he helped to Develop, Implement, and Direct the Navy's Military Drug Testing Program which, at the time, was the most successful drug testing program in the nation. Rick spent 20 years in the Navy after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy. Sadly Rick passed away unexpectedly in 2017 but his legacy lives on through his children, and partners in business, Mike and Angie.
Michael Wrobel - President/CEO
Michael (Mike) Wrobel joined Rick from the beginning helping to start up Forensic Drug & Alcohol Testing, LLC. Mike brings a diverse professional background to the FD&AT management team. His past experience in Information Technology and Management allows him to bring different approaches to the way FD&AT applies it's business strategy. While serving as the primary liaison for our government services Mike is FD&AT's primary point of contact for new contract negotiations as well as vendor management. Customer Satisfaction is very important to Mike and as such he oversees FD&AT Quality Assurance program personally. Mike is also a certified Breath Alcohol Technician and Urine Specimen Collection Trainer and oversees the training of all of FD&AT's collectors.
Angie Wrobel - CFO
Joining Rick and Mike from the very beginning Angie brings an extensive accounting background to FD&AT. Angie manages every aspect of our Accounting departments and servers as our Contracts Officer (CO) on many of our government contracts.
Stefni Skorich – Vice President of Operations
Stefni is on her second go around with FD&AT. Initially joining us in 2009, Stefni started with FD&AT as our Director of Business Services. Her primary focus was to use her extensive history in the Workplace testing industry to help grow FD&AT’s customer base. She was highly successful in her mission and led FD&AT outside of our familiar government contracting safe zone. Over the years Stefni grew to wear many hats within the FD&AT organization including becoming one of our Quality Assurance managers, a Corporate Trainer specializing in Supervisor and Employee Drug and Alcohol Education and eventually the role of Project Manager, overseeing two of our largest accounts, one in the federal sector and one in local government. In 2017 Stefni was promoted to Vice President of Operations where, in addition to maintaining her current responsibilities, she took over the management of our Scheduling and Collections departments. She immediately identified areas of concern and helped implement a number of policies and procedures that had an immediate impact on productivity, earning wide ranging praise from FD&AT’s customers. Unfortunately for FD&AT, in 2022, Stefni needed to branch out and enter the world of “big business”. We were sad to see her go but wished her well and let her know that she would always have a home at FD&AT. Fortunately, in 2024 Stefni realized that she was homesick and rejoined the FD&AT family. We are so excited to have her back and resuming her role as our VP or Operations. In furtherance of our company goals, Stefni will lead our Westward expansion as we look to opportunities outside of the Mid-Atlantic region.
Jennifer Roos - Manager, Private Sector Business
Jennifer joined FD&AT in 2020 as the assistant to our VP of Operations at the time. Jennifer was quick to learn the sometimes complicated nature of Workplace Drug Testing and quickly stood out as someone destined for great things at FD&AT. After mentoring with our VP, Jennifer took over the day to day management of all of FD&AT’s non-Federal clients and has excelled at providing outstanding knowledge and customer service.
